ESTILPUR DV Mate by Microestil is a high-performance two-component solvent-based polyurethane varnish designed to provide durable protection for microcement, cementitious surfaces and decorative floor systems. Formulated with transparent aliphatic polyurethane technology, it creates a tough protective layer with excellent resistance to abrasion, chemical agents and everyday surface contamination.

Technical Specifications:

Product Type: Two-component transparent aliphatic polyurethane varnish in solvent base.

Use: Protective sealing of microcement, cementitious surfaces, floors and decorative coverings.

Application: Brush or short-pile roller.

Mixing Ratio: 4 parts Component A to 1 part Component B.

Pack Format: 4kg Component A + 1kg Component B.

Mixing Method: Stir both components before use. Pour Component B into Component A and mix with a low-speed mixer until fully homogeneous, avoiding excess air incorporation.

Pot Life: Approximately 4 hours at 20°C. Higher temperatures will reduce working time.

Recommended Consumption: 120–140g/m² in two coats.

Substrate Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil, wax or any residue that could affect adhesion.

Primer Requirement: On absorbent substrates, apply two coats of Microestil Hidrolaca and allow a minimum drying time of 24 hours before applying ESTILPUR DV.

Recoat Time: Minimum 4 hours and maximum 3 days at 20°C.

Total Drying Time: Approximately 24 hours.

Walkable: After approximately 24 hours.

High Traffic: After approximately 7 days.

Maximum Resistance: Final curing and maximum resistance achieved after approximately 30 days.

Application Conditions: Ambient and substrate temperature should be between 10°C and 25°C, and at least 3°C above dew point. Relative humidity should be below 80%.

Exterior Application: Protect from rain for at least 24 hours after application.

Early Use Precaution: Avoid liquid spills during the first week after application.

Viscosity: 20 seconds Ford 4 at 20°C.

Persoz Hardness: 131 seconds after 7 days.

Storage: Approximately 1 year from manufacture when stored unopened in the original container, under cover, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
